Mirissa Whale Watching

The largest whale colony in the Indian Ocean is located off the coast of Mirissa. Many species of whales and dolphins can be seen, including the blue whale, the world's largest mammal.

The early morning sail in the Indian Ocean was just so successful. Chasing whales and seeing them coming to surface is just a dream come true. Loved it.On an average it will be a 3.5 hrs time from going and returning. They serve fruits and hotdogs for breakfast.

Great experience . Saw 4-5 whales . Have to travel about 3-5 hrs depends . Do take the antiemetics that they provide ,if not you are sure to get sea sickness . Will not have any signals in any network in the middle of the sea. Snacks and drinks were provided . Not recomending for people who have motion/sea sickness .
