Way to waterfall

It makes sense to visit the waterfall only after the rainy season. He was at the beginning of March 20 on his own with unawatuna. There was no water (a small brook does not count). A certain number of locals were present. They spoke intimately. They thought I was American. I liked the road itself from unawatuna (I was driving along some asphalt paths with excellent views). On the way there were tea factories where you could stash.
