I have submitted a request for few docs on 29th and I was asked to come collect them on 10th next month.. (after 12days) woman named Nelum only remembered when I presented the receipt... I have been asked to comeback in the evening. I said I would wait.. which means they are taking weeks for hours job? Probably minutes job.. if you ever visit here for something be ready to waste your time.
