Samsung Service Center

my s10 got some water inside the camera lens and i took it to this place(called as the samsung service center). they told they will examine it and inform me within a day . but they took 2 days and finally told the display has gone, and no longer working. so the told me that i should replace it. and it will cost about rs.60000. so i told them to fit the phone back again and give. after recieiving the phone. the display was working fine. and i noticed that they didn't even removed the camera lenses and cleaned the. and finally what they said was that they do not replace individual components. they replace the whole system. so i see, . . .what they are doing is telling some false problem and trying to charge more from the customer . really disappointed with the service. never even think of taking your phone to this place.........................

I had brought A20S in 2020 August from Softlogic Max Kiribathgoda. One month back safe mode was on. Restored the phone but it didn't work So I gave it to this service center 2 weeks back. After couple of days they called me and said due to sweat something gone wrong with the touch screen and there is no way to claim the warranty. There might be a possibility by replacing a part that would cost me 4k. Or else whole motherboard needs to be replaced at 28k. Samsung is not sweat proof what a joke. Simply they check the level of repair and if it exceeds a certain amount they come up with some lame excuses. Principal of this company must know these cheap tactics. They tarnish the brand image of this global brand for good.

Worst repair center ever. Very bad service they even can't identify the fault. Please never visit this place. Took two days. And they even can't say the reason. Worst experience ever had

Two months before I bought my phone, it had a touch error and I had to repair it 3 weeks ago and the same error occurred again on the 11th and I have been repairing my phone for 9 days now. However, Gampaha says that the parts of the phone have not been brought yet. Because of this I have missed many of my essentials. I kindly request Samsung to provide an expedited service for phone repair. Thank you.

Definitely not the place to fix ur phone, they just straight up tease u to spend more money for small problems
