Had a bad experience on purchasing a double sink and a Tap. When arrived there the sales person was so nice and when asked he said that they provide 5 years of warranty and we were so happy and he said they provide warranty card as well. But, after the sale was done only the bill was provided. Then we asked for the warranty card, they they say that they don’t give warranty cards. They wrote and gave anther manual bill written on their letter head, then again the warranty information was not there. Then asked again for warranty information to be written. Then wrote by hand warranty for the tap only. It is pathetic how Sinhala people do business and losing their business to other ethnicities in SL and blaming.
