Very tasty pizzas i ever ate and fastest deliver ilike dominoz lava cake

I had a very bad experience yesterday, with Gampaha Dominos(near Keells) . I ordered a pizza online and paid full price but I didn’t get the order for like 50 min so I called them and asked what’s going on. They said that they cancel my order because the phone number I provided wasn’t working. They lied. My phone is very much working there’s nothing wrong with it. And I still didn’t get my refund too. I also talk with the manager said the same thing that my phone wasn’t working but after one and half hour later they called me to the same number. People working in careless.

Please update your data base and dominos application. Your staff and Their guest both parties have to suffer cus of the inconvenience of the “dominos application “. Instead do a real time promos , no one wats to be embarrassed with their phones and interact with staff In front of the other guests. There is many choices out there but since we get the dominos sms alerts and other countries dominos experience we always choose to go there , but once you in a situation like this your whole evening and your staffs peaceful minds will be destroyed ! Once again do a real-time Promos not through the application promos which you cannot afford to maintain.

I would say domino’s is the best place to eat a quality pizza.
