Love! love!! love!!!this place. To be honest I first hated to be here. But now I love the way I spend time with my friends. It has been a new and a wonderful experience for me. 😄😄😄😄😄

Hapitigama College of Education- Mirigama (primaryEducation): Hapitigama College of Education is in Mirigama town area, but the situation is very convenient as 1km from the train station at Mirigama and also 300m walking distance from the main road of Mirigama-Pasyala. A significant landmark in the field of teacher education in Sri Lanka took place with the establishment of 5 colleges of education in Sri Lanka on 1st of October in 1985. This number today has risen to 18 colleges which offer more than 20 Courses on different disciplines. This school is for teacher training for the main subject disciplines of Primary Education. Having situated in a rural/village area,it is calm and quiet surrounding, which consists really helpful learning environment.

Great camping grounds...! Siyane Jamboraye 5 was held here in 2018 Aug. Toilets and other facilities are good according to an attendee. The indoors were occupied by the ladies while the boys had the camping site for them selves 😊 The ground used for the camping is spacious and is perfect. The buildings around the grounds are not in a good status. Badly needs maintenance. But, All in all good location for a similar event.
