Lute Inn Piliyandala

Do not recommend this place. Not maintained very well. Unhygienic and dirty as f@#*. Holes on the walls, unclean linen and ants all over the place. Nothing close to the pictures just another short time joy place.

My rating for this place is negative. I have reserved three double occupancy rooms but got two double occupancy rooms and one single room. Rooms are dirty, beddings (pillow cases) are not cleaned after last use, bath rooms are in very poor condition (water leaks in every bathroom, drains are not working. Nearly 1/2 inch of water accumulated on the floor of one bathroom after one shower), no private keys for rooms, attendants have very poor knowledge of customer service, and many more. Their website lists method of payment as credit cards (Visa, MC, Amex, etc.) but the attendant says it is not correct; someone put the wrong information. They do not have any idea of the WIFI; when asked the password they said no password and asked me to use my phone. My three devices picked up wifi from near by buildings but not from Lute Inn. Price appear to be very reasonable if the place is what they have advertised but the reality is different. Amenities are either not there or in unexceptable condition. My rating for this place should be negative.

A good place to stay limited aminities and very close to town center. Clean rooms.
