Poor service, not even helpful. Went for a complaint They ask us to be by 2pm but the other party did not come and this has been happening to us 3 other occasions but no action was taken we were just wasting our time trusting the police.

Terrible Service ...We have been coming to the police station since months to resolve a small case but still everytime we go there ..the police officers make us stay for hours not even attending to our case..They should have atleast being punctual and treated us with some respect...totally disappointed...😡😡😡😡

Officers are very helpful. I went there around 9pm to complain lost phone inside shop in pliliyandala. When i inform them that my phone still inside that shop as per icloud location and the phone battery is near zero and we may only be able ring and locate the phone only before battary dead, two officers immidiately come with me to that shop and help me to find the phone. All officers inside the police station talked to me friendly even though i did not have any relationship to police. Really appreciate thair service.
