This BOC branch situated at the middle of the Malabe town. It has ample parking space. Provide hand washing facilities and check body temperature at the entrance. There are several ATM machines and a cash deposit machine. The ATM machine at car park is not working. The staff is polite and helpful.

Extremely lethargic, irresponsible, careless, pathetic staff work in this place. They kept my credit card application without sending to the card centre for a whole one month. Only after I went there and checked, they realised that it is still at the bank. Its a shame to the prestige of the BOC.
