Food and service is good. But parking facility is not good. Their Ganach Dilight is so yummy.

The worst P&S ever! No customer service at all! I ordered 40 shorteats (20 Chinese rolls and 20 fish buns) and told them to put them in to 20 bags; 2 shorteats per 1 bag because I had to give it to 20 children. They told me that they can't put it, if you want, you can put it yourself. 😠 If we don't have covid19 situation, this is no big deal. But in this case, this is not a good idea. If they are really busy, I will not ask them, but at that time they had 3 workers and no other customers there. Please don't go to this place! 👎 There are good P&S outlets available around the area. 👌

This is the worst branch of P & S. Customer service is really bad. Staff has no idea about the orders of customers. I went to buy some buns after paying the bill one of the staff was packing me something different which I didn’t order. Then I pointed the food I wanted and they said that I have to pay extra 60. So I did. I already paid 180 and again I paid 60LKR. I ordered 1 roll and 4 buns. After coming home only I saw there was no fish roll. I’m not worried about money but the service. Staff is terrible. They are just talking to each other and busy with their talking. They don’t care about the customer at all. Even after ordering food they had no intention to create the bill, I had to repeat several Times about my order. Out of all other outlets this is the only p&s outlet has terrible customer service. In small outlets they have brilliant customer service comparing to this. Please take necessary actions regarding this otherwise you’ll lose customers because of this terrible service

This outlet of Perera and sons have range of bakery items and many more to stuff and sweets and also beverages as well. Food is most of the time good. But some when you purchase cakes, you have to check the expire date. They don't seem to care that much about it. Space is limited. Lot of people come here for meals. With alone or with groups. Parking available. But parking space is also limited. No wheelchair accessible entrance or wheelchair accessible parking available here.
