Commercial Bank Mawathagama Branch

A small branch, I didn't use any service through the branch but I have used the ATM. (There are 2 ATM machines) . Since this is a small town having a bank branch is convenient for the people a businessman in this location. Parking is limited (1-2 vehicles) but you can park on the road.

The bank refused to give my own money which was in a normal servings account when I was badly needed for an urgent need. Hence. I have been a regular customer in this bank for some decades, so that I was not a stranger. Nor, neither had I committed any illegal transaction. So that It is a significant damage to my dignity and The bank refused to give my own money which was in a normal servings account when I was badly needed for an urgent need. The bank is liable. I have been a regular customer in many banks in Japan for some decades where they have never attempted to refuse to pay my own money whenever I needed. Once I was compelled to withdraw just three Japanese yen, at three separate occasions. Never the bank refused as the bank is liable to pay. If such a circumstance could have happened there, I could have claimed for some millions of money as for banking damages. The Commercial Bank is legally liable to compensate me in this considerable issue Professor Edmond Hulugalla.
