Selection is good, but very poor customer service from the sales people. they react like a government officers once we complete the payment. you will free difficult to get best after sales service.

I was asked to collect my goods [ordered and fully paid 2-weeks ago, nw received (part of) to this outlet frm their warehouse somewhere], 'as soon as possible"... I said, I shal com in coming Sunday, as I did fortnight before. They said no sir, U hav to com soon as possible as their store house is getting full and may course damage to Ur order due to d tight movements inside d store. We hav some idea abt their supply-network with AI... Can they ask me to collect it "ASAP", So, is it my fault...? Wil they course a damage to my order purposely...? This z a very pathetic situation... Mr. #DP & d other major stakeholders, plz hav a look, what has hapnd to Ur "Cust Service Excellence"...
