Poor treatment to patients. Nurses are terrible most of them. Attendant staff is the worst. They do nothing. They just sit and talking to each other but not doing anything they are supposed to. They do not let patients leave the hospital even after discharged. Patients have to wait like 7-8 hours after discharging, for doctors to write tickets and medicals and remove the cannula. Some nurses yell at patients who deserves caring. Takes more and more time to do a task. Number of beds also not sufficient. Most of the patients stay under beds, on trolleys or multiple patients per bed. Sri Lanka is a country where government Hospitals are for free. But this hospital is not recommended for any kind of treatments even for free. Admitting patients takes a lot of time to a ward. Patients who were bitten by snakes, heart attack patients also there. But still they have to wait in the queue to be admitted to a ward. A patient who is being admitted will go through 2 doctors where as the patients who need to be discharged have no doctors to write tickets and do necessary work for the discharging. All the patients who has been discharged around 10am has to wait until 7pm to finish their documentary work to leave the hospital. Not recommended 👎
