This is one of the fewer places in the University of Peradeniya you are allocated to have a smoke.Not only that, the uncle(owner of that shop) is a very kind hearted person.Not only to smoke, there are few tea options.Besides you can buy day to day stuff from there.It's popular among university students for a long time.

This is one of the places uni's smoking people like to hang out. It does not have anything elegant or comfortable there. They literally have a small petti boutique there, maybe six or seven people would fit in right inside and it would be so freaking crowded. But you could buy paracetamol, soft drinks, tea, buns, king coconuts and stuff. I wont recommend buns and stuff though. And the person who owns this place is a n old male and he is always at the cashier and he does not laugh much. He provides you with free fire to light up your cigarette and you could either smoke inside it or outside it. He opens up around seven in the morning and closes around eight at night. But you could knock and ask for like a cigarette until it is like 9.30 at night. But you would probably have to use your own lighter or your own match box. They have goldleaf and dunhill switch i do not have any idea whether they have Beedees there. Plus this is situated right across the Sarasavi Uyana Train Station and there is a fruit juice shop right across the railway. So if you ever got down from sarasavi uyana train station and if you did not have a cigarette and if you really wanted to smoke one, this one will be good to smoke a cigarette and also you could walk just a few (like five meters) meters and have a fruit juice too! How cool is that?
