Three Sinha Industries - Kandy Branch

Awful after sale support. You always have to prepay them to get a job done and they will only show up when it’s feasible for them! If your roller door gets jammed or broken down, you have to pay them LKR 4000 for an inspection/site visit. After which you will have to pay additional charges depending on the nature of the repair and parts required. Overall it was a dissatisfied experience having to deal with them and I would not recommend them at all to anyone. I’d much rather recommend their competitor Elcardo who does a better job!

First of all they aint deserve at least one star! I installed Three sinha roller door a year back and suddenly last month it stopped working and warranty is still remaining. Once i made the inquiry one labor came and check the roller door from Three Sinha! Then the next day Three Sinha is emailed me a quotation to fix it. Once i asked why do i pay even warranty is remaining the girl that who work quotation department said its a management decision. Three sinha advertising as all those dramas and once issue happen they trying to rip off the customers. Never go for this scammers.

Don't buy.. after service is horrible..
