Clean and superb rooms, living and dining area. Delicious meals and friendly service from care taker Sanjaya and cook Wijerathna.. You can relax yourself being on the upper floor with nice view.. But it has bad route to enter the bungalow, that's the only negative thing.. overall, it's a good place to stay..

Tranquil Breeze Bungalow is one of the many bungalows located in Richmond Hill which is located close to the Kandy city (Max Rs150 in a tuk tuk) .It is well suited for a team of 10 people to stay. Drivers quarters is provided upon request. The road to tranquil can be confusing as there are many by roads that lead with dead ends so make sure that you correctly follow google maps. The bungalow is a three story building. Ground floor consists of a hall and Two double rooms with attached bathrooms. The rooms are spacious with A/Cs and TVs and washrooms are clean and equipped with heaters. Bring soap, shampoo and toothpaste because they don’t provide guests with such items. The underground floor consists of the Dining area, a triple room, a bathroom , the kitchen and drivers quarters. The kitchen is spacious and spices will be provided upon request. It was pleasant to see that there was a small garden outside with a hut. The top floor has bean bags to sit and talk and a couple of seats that are ideal to play carrom and play cards. The balcony thats on the top floor consist of an area for a BBQ machine. To assist visitors with all of this the Bungalow has a housekeeper who is a friendly and helpful individual that coordinates information to the proprietor swiftly. Any alterations or requests will Have to be informed to the proprietor such as moving the BBQ machine from the top floor to the garden area. the fact that the bungalow is located in Kandy makes it accessible to the Temple of the tooth relic , natural pools near by and other main tourist attractions such as the Kandy view point and the Kandy city. The two day stay at Tranquil Breeze Bungalow was totally worth the price. 👌🏼
