I had no idea where to start from. All I knew that, I wanted to take holidays from work and visit a place where me and my family can spend some leisure time far away from home and work. I started off my search and chose Sri Lanka among some of the most attractive places around the world for my holidays. The next challenge was to arrange the bookings and guide for the tour who can manage each and everything for the tour. After a short search on the Google, I came across the website of “Ceylon Valley Tours” where I met with Harshani through their online chat service. I was really inspired from her prompt and swift reply. I told her about my tour requirements and she gave me the reasonable quote as per my budget and after a series of emails we finalized the tour. I found her very kind, professional, helpful, flexible, caring and most important TRUSTWORTHY. The best thing that I noticed about her is that she allowed me to pay the tour cost upon arrival and she never asked me for any advance payment which was a great favor for me from her side. She made all the bookings on her own in a very efficient and professional way. The hotels, vehicle and the driver cum tour guide, all were very comfortable, perfectly managed and actually exceeded my expectations. It was a splendid 5 nights and 6 days tour which delighted me and my family a lot and left us with some unforgettable and sweet memories of Sri Lanka. Awesome trip to Sri Lanka !!! Recently I took my first trip to Sri Lanka and it was also first time I use Ceylon Valley Tours travel agency I found on internet. I had no idea who are they , but the experience I had with them were great from beginning to end. Everything were arranged and taken care of without problems by Harshani or Erandika. I found this website by google search and I tried to contact someone from the website and I actually could contact Harshani and I let her know about my requirements and everything I need. And she responed with an email surprisingly quickly including customized tour package just for me and everything I needed was there. I enjoyed my whole vacation with the help of them.

I do not even know where to start. Our experience of Sri Lanka was out of the world. Our guide’s contribution to making our experience amazing is commendable. We had the most remarkable family tour with Ceylon Valley Tours. Not only everything was perfect, but we felt, in every instance !

I found Ceylon valley tours when looking for a tour of a traditional village. When looking at their website, straight away I had someone I could talk to through their instant messaging service. Harshani was able to answer all of my questions about the tour and gave me a great price. She was very flexible and allowed us to use our own driver. The tour itself was fantastic, really worth doing! Our tour guide was amazing, he acted as our personal photographer through out the tour and took some amazing photos of us. The tour involved a ride in a traditional bullock cart and a caramaran before we arrived at the village. In the village we climbed up to a tree house, used for elephant watching, ate some nice food and learned some traditional crafts. On the way back we took another short catamaran trip and then a tuk tuk. As well as the tour we used Ceylon valley tours for point to point transportation. This is something that we found really difficult to find in Sri Lanka. The drivers were all very good and the cars were all of very high quality with air-conditioning and seatbelts. We were not very organised when arriving in Sri Lanka but this was not a problem for Ceylon Valley Tours. Harshani was able to organise everything for us, even at the last minute and the prices quoted for the journeys were the best prices quoted to us by anyone. She really made the trip super simple and allowed us to have the kind of flexibility we like during a holiday. Throughout our 3 week stay I was in contact with Harshani through email. She always responded promptly. At each place that we went to she was able to suggest activities we could do and was very partient with our indecisiveness! We finally reached 100 emails over the 3 weeks with all of my questions and our various discussions (sometimes just chatting 😀). It was like having a friend in Sri Lanka. I would highly recommend Ceylon valley tours for your trip to Sri Lanka, they will make your holiday in Sri Lanka a true holiday experience
