TEAK SPA

I bought furniture worth over 400k from this place back in 2016. Defects appeared immediately in the form of large cracks. They took them back, patched them up and returned. Since then the same problems appeared two more times. Their mobile team came and patched them up but left the sets in bad condition. The dining table legs are now in different shades due to spraying the repaired areas. The hand rests of the box sofa set is now a bit rounded (not square) on the edges due to sanding. Again (Feb 21) these defects have appeared. When I contacted them for an exchange they offered to buy back at 1/6 the original price. So anyone looking for value for money, please stay away from this vendor. The furniture I bought from the shop in front of my house in 2016, is still in good condition. Now I am kicking myself for not buying from the shop right in front of my house.

Go there if you want to get rip off. I went here once and a friendly sales guy was there. And he offered me a bed for 50k. Felt like a reasonable deal so next day went there with money to finish the deal. The sales person was not there but another person came forward. He asked 85 for the same bed and then after he understood that I cannot be convinced to buy it at 85, agreed to provide a discount and asked for 60, and then came down to 55 after acting some drama with other sales girl, which is the last price according to him. I silently came out and went to Moratumulla. After researching around found that the same bed in same quality is available for around 30-35k everywhere.

Can you explain the life time warranty please, whose life time ?, bit confusing about it... Thanks and I understand you are giving warranty for Teak life time. So let me know the end of life time period for teak.
