If someone wants to do professional building I think this is the place. Less equipment but the knowledge this instructor has is exceptional.... and extremely methodical, qualified and experienced instructor... I would give 10 stars..
WELFORM FITNESS CENTRE is situated in Hokandara North Athurugiriya Road. I have been doing this gymnasium since 2005 (14 years) I have more than 21 years experience in this field. I had been training bodybuilding and physical fitness for 12 years in Italy. I had been working as an instructor for 3 years in Italy. Now I have my own gym in Sri Lanka. I have all necessary equipments with me to provide perfect service to my clients. I pay my special attention to their successful achievements. I give instructions to maintain the balance diet and about proper nutritions to get them better results. I measure the bodies and help them to find out fat percentage and BMI. I provide workout charts according to their measurements.Here we have lot of other facilities such as space for parking vehicles, lockers, washrooms and changing rooms separate ladies and gents, CCTV camera’s to protect the property and the place.
This gym is amazing I’m drop 79.3lbs.master is very good and he is very knowledgeable.
Most trusted gym in the area for the years of reputation it holds. Highly recommended!
