What is the hell not working our hot water machine. I gave for fixing three weeks ago... and I got today evening. I was checked.omg! Not working a hot water!! 😡😡

Worst customer care ever including manager Always they do not have parts or some sort of excuse to delay the service. When the fault is at their side so called manager even try to raise his voice to customers. If not for a experienced customer they ll take you on ride. Do not buy singer products. Very cheap quality compared before and other branded existing products. DO NOT GET CAUGHT TO THEIR “SENASUMA” extended warranty.

Horrible Simply horrible customer service, Took my TV to get repaired, first they said that they will give it to me within an hour & they didn't, next day they said it will take 2 days , and after 2 days they said that they don't have the spare parts for my 1.5 lakh worth Singer TV, they kept on pulling this drama for 2 weeks, & finally they said that they will replace it with a new TV but after that they again started the drama, Really shame on you staff & the manager. Learn to know to treat a customer !!

We took our portable sewing machine for repair and the security named Sarath welcomed and responded in a polite way which is very rare these days. And the technician named thilakarathne too responded in a very polite manner and repair was done on the same day we were able to get it in 2 hours time . Not to forget all the staff were so helpful too and I highly recommend singer service aluthgama.
