Villa Maggona

Villa Maggona is a beautiful villa located on the beach. Its not a swimming beach but a wonderful one to watch the ocean waves crash upon the sand. The team, Stanley, Ashen and Sumithra look after your every need and their attention to detail is fantastic. The villa was constantly cleaned, coffee was bought in the morning, the pool furniture was moved quickly when the rain started and the table was beautifully laid for every meal. The food by the Chef Sampath was amazing and we enjoyed every course at every meal. If you want a quick get away that makes you feel relaxed and pampered this is a great villa and we highly recommend it.

This is a magical place beautiful suites, very relaxing fantastic place to chill out, wonderful food, the staff were superb, very polite, the food presentation was excellent a great place to relax, you must try the massage it was superb, highlight was the Barbeque very well prepared and executed amazing food

Had a wonderful relaxing 2 day break at Villa Maggona. Staff were excellent. Nothing was to much trouble for them. The food Sampath cooked was delicious, menu changes every day. Stanley, Ashen and Sumithra look after you so well. The garden is beautiful and very well maintained with flowers and shrubs and of course coconut trees swaying in the breeze from the Indian Ocean which keeps the villa very cool. Lovely sunsets. Rooms are cleaned every day with a turndown night service. Provided in your room is flip flops and sarongs to use should you relax by the pool or walk along the beach. Sumithra provides the most relaxing massages. Cannot recommend this villa enough for chilaxing. We will definitely return.

One of the most beautiful villas in Sri Lanka, VM has an amazing architecture and interior, gorgeous private beach, best services and a lovely swimming pool. The staff at VM is very hospitable and caring. I had a wonderful trip with my wife and kids in November 2019 and made memories to cherish forever!
