I had raised a request for quotation for Srilanka Tour in Travel Triangle. (Note: I didn't go to this tour operator directly). But Travel triangle shared this guy's quote to me and i was comparing it with the other quotes that i got. The guy who spoke to me was Gihan. Firstly he doesnt know English properly. He called me and shared a good quote. and when i asked for some changes to see what will be the other quote's cost, he shared it. When i pinged him that i would need sometime to compare HIS OWN QUOTES to decide which one is better. I dont know what he interpreted. he started to reply very rudely that he doesnt want his quotes compared with other quotes (Basically he didnt understand what i meant). and some other stuffs, and said he doesnt want to provide me his service, if i am going to compare him with others. when i explained him my point clearly, he started coming back providing upgrades and stuff. but i didnt want to risk my vacation with this psychologically disturbed person. Firstly I dont know this guy. there were some positive review about him. but i cannot select him just because he thinks he is the best. So i had to compare. But if he doesnt want it to be compared, please dont provide your quotes in Travel Triangle or any other comparing websites.

Travelled with my parents in November n trip to Srilanka was just fabulous, thanx alot to Nelum holidays to provide amazing n homely service. All credit to my breathtaking trip goes to Mr. Gihan (tour manager and planner ) who pampered us lyk own family n to Mr. Saman ( chauffeur) to guide us perfectly throughout the trip. Thanx a lot Mr. Gihan for making our srilanka more memorable. 😊

Rude, arrogant and extremely egoistic customer service provider (named Gihan). While enquiring about the package, I was told not to waste their time. Disgusting. Wont recommend even for enquiry.
