Rajitha is a very honest, helpful and caring person who does everything so you feel safe, taken care of and relaxed during your first visit to Sri Lanka. He would stay till 2am awaken, to check if you you liked the hotel at arrival, he would do his best in case you are not happy with your initial choice, he will even follow if you returned back to your home country! This was my and my family's first international trip and in such cases you are often worried about the new country, the culture, the people and of course money. I was constantly in touch with Rajitha who is in charge of Elegant Lanka Tours and I wasn't disappointed a bit. He traveled with us to 3-4 locations as well. Everything was well managed and nicely planned. The tour surpassed my expectations. He even added an extra place since we missed the national park due to rains. Thank you Rajitha for organizing an incredible holiday for me and my parents. He went out of his way to help me with planning and even going to buy a train ticket out of business hours to make sure we get reserved seats! Our driver, Ravindra, that we had for 3 days was also amazing! His positive vibe and talkative attitude made the trip very enjoyable and he took us to many local places we couldn’t have gone to ourselves. We became so close by the end of the 3 days it was sad to say goodbye. Rates were very cheap, especially considering all of the care and effort they put into our trip.
