Trip advisor must be the worst company you could ever deal with. They hide behind email secrecy with no way of contacting them. They don't care about anyone except there profit margins. They don't care about fake reviews or fake photos or fake people. They just don't care. Got a problem, don't even think about contacting them. It's impossible. Should you somehow do it they won't care. They are scum. Just my personal view ....
