We stayed here in February on an incredible trip to Sri Lanka. Our stay here great and it's a good location. However, on my return I discovered they had charged my credit card twice. I have made several attempts to contact them through the quote system on the website but zero response. I didn't want to leave a bad review but I have been left with no choice. This is very frustrating and very dishonest.

It was amazing place in ella. Before we enter they welcome us escort to the lobby.. superb service and friendly staff.. good looking.. good place for rest and very calm environment. Delicious foods.. superb place..

So first of all I want to say the room is nice and there is really nice view from the balcony and from the hotel main hole. Although the beautiful sceneries Sun Breez is by far the worst hotel we stayed at Sri Lanka for the same price range. We got here after we had to clim the steepest hill I saw in a while, a clim you can't do with luggage on yourself, and all of this because our taxi couldn't drive up the hill. Later we also discovered that a tok tok can't do it neither (at least not with two or more people). The room we got was room number 111 and even though the hotel seems empty our room is next to a construction site and our main source of light in the room is broken. but the absolutely worst thing is the night, although its cool outside we can't open the windiw nor the balacany door in feer of mosquitos ( with there alot any way) but because there ia no AC or even a simple fan it's just to hot to lay under those thick covers which in turn get you many mosquito bites, you have no net or any other way to protect yourself form this. In conclusion I storngly suggeat to find a different hotel to stay at and if this what you looking for you can find similar hotl for much cheaper.
