Truly a loving government service. Thus was how it happened. Yesterday I had to visit the place to post a parcel; but the wrap I had done was vulnerable to get teared. Then I was instructed to buy a new parcel from the front store and oopz the parcel stock was over. Then a lady with a mask (didn’t see the face but later on got to know that was Ms. Sanjeewani) suddenly appeared and took my parcel. I was waiting with a wonder whats gonna happen and she took a thrown-out A4 sheet cover and re-wrapped my parcel amazingly. She used her papers, her cello tapes, her scissors and all. Most of all; stopping all her work and generously attending just to help me. This was a wonderful service extended for me from a government servant in an extremely busy schedule which I never expected and otherwise would return helplessness. Thanks to Ms. Sanjeewani and all the others who helped.

This is the postal complex of matara. Many postal needs can be easily fulfilled but no foreign parcel receiving counter.
