Abdul Rahuman Lebbe Mathicham (1850-1909) of Dummaladeniya, Warakapola donated the land to build Al-Masjid-Ur-Rahuman, in Dummaladeniya, Warakapola. He was a Landed Proprietor who owned several estates in different parts of Warakapola namely in Etnawala, Dummaladeniya, Pilanduwa, Ambagala and Ganithapura.
He was blessed with a daughter and two sons namely Sarah Abdul Rahuman Lebbe (married Peace Officer Unus Ibunu Muhammed Ismail – eldest son of Peace Officer Khalid Ahamed Unus Ibunu of Nelundeniya), Abdul Rahuman Lebbe Shaikh Abdul Cader Lebbe Mathicham a.k.a Periya Lebbe Mathicham (married Nihmath Unus Ibunu - daughter of Peace Officer Khalid Ahamed Unus Ibunu of Nelundeniya) and Abdul Rahuman Lebbe Muhammed Salih Lebbe Mathicham a.k.a Sinna Lebbe Mathicham [married (1st wife Hafsa Aliya Marikar – granddaughter of Peace Officer Sidar Muhammed Ali Thambi of Kal-Eliya) and (2nd wife Manfusath).
