Very bad service! It's not the exact way an international bank should be. Because whenever you go to the bank, there will be 3 counters, but always only 1 counter will provide service. Isn't that stupid?

Hsbc this international bank but but the customer care service is not satisfy for me they didn't explain anything and no good response i wait for there 1h time i thing slow responce and service
