I wanted to return few books that I purchased few weeks ago. Contacted the store and explained the story then he promised a callback, which I thought never gonna happen, but few minutes later I get a call from the store manager and asked me bring them to him. I visited the place and it was same kind welcome from the Manager, (Mr. Sameera) even agreed to return my money but instead I chose to purchase other items I wanted.
