Torrington Bus Station

Unknown underground storm water drainage network in Kandy. Just under the Torrington Bus Stop. It carries out spill water from Nuwara Wewa (Kiri Muhuda). Nearly, 3.5 meters wide and 3.7 meters high. Seems to be construct in near past. Roof consist of 32 beams and concrete slab. Walls made out of rubble masonry.

This bus station haven't covering when in bad whether. Also there is no waiting place

One of the main bus station in kandy town. Cwn take buses to peradeniya botanical garden from here.

Easiest and smallest bus stand in kandy,there are only three main bus lines wich respectivly collegates kandy south-east(penideniya line) and south-west.(pilimathalawa/kadugannawa line). There is a bus every few minutes, specially the penideniya line. very easy and better way to avoid congestion of the goodshed bus stand and to reach the kandy bothanical gardens and ranawana temple.
