Dental unit is highly recommended! Equipped with modern tech and friendly service. Pharmacies inside hospital premises was the worst experience. Process and management of Pharmacies were not up to standard and purchasing of drugs was time wasting experience. Ample parking space is available, but higher parking fee has to be paid in return.

Spacious new tidy hospital. Staff is polite but not much experienced and they are careless. Staff nurses confidently do wrong decisions and escape when the thing goes wrong without nothing happened. If you can depend on your consultant it is ok to admit here. Be careful not to channel the consultants suggested by the hospital as they are careless. Overall a good hospital but a lot to improve. Good parking space.

Went there for an MRI scan with a prior appointment at 12.00. But had to wait till 2.30 until the others were done (11.00 appointment patient was also waiting in line with dresses changed from the time we went there). Not punctual. Charges were made for a MRI WITH contrast (IV drug used for better visual of scan) (32K) and at the time of scan they have decided that contrast is not needed. But only when we asked for a refund they checked and arranged to reduce the bill (to 23K) for the drugs not used. Wonder how often this happens here for other patients! So better watch out. Nursing staff was courteous. Place is clean and tidy. Parking not free. It was a weekday so not much crowded. Mini supermarket and food court available at 3rd floor.

The car park needs to be accessed by a narrow alleyway inside the building. Not enough markings on how to get from the car park to the hospital area. Asked for a Dental appointment. I had to go to six different counters,because they just kept saying go to this and that counter. Not organized,messy. Nobody has information about anything. Left in frustration. Young school leavers who don’t give a s**t work here on the counters. Best avoided. And they charge for parking(tf).

The food court at level 3 has some great sandwiches 🥪 and amazing waffles 🧇 that are made on the spot.
