For the 3rd Party insurance which I obtained, they refused to accept Debit Card Payment. This cannot be acceptable, specially in present context , whereas Central Bank issuing directives to use Debit/Credit Cards as much as possible for payment due to Covid 19 pandemic. Other most important aspect is the reputation of the company . Even though Ceylinco offers supplementary benefits at the expense of the company which I am grateful & this kind of policies can easily jeopardise the trust & standards its earned from the customers apart from causing inconvenience to customers. I belive this kind of policies are implemented, Manages to be in comfortable zones more than the front line staff.

Ceylinco is bit expensive when it comes to the premium but the extra cost is well justified with service, trust and customer care .They provide guarantee for manufacturer faults also upto five years from YOM.

Service provided by the company is good and customer Officer was good. But, there is no Parking for customers. If lucky enough can get parking on the roads, which managed by kandy municipal council.
