I bought my wedding necklace from here in 2012. However, three stones came off within a month's time. I live abroad and had to return. I could not go back to get it fixed or returned. When I returned for a wedding in 2018 I wanted to either get it fixed or sell it to Swarnamahal. I was told that it would take a long time to get it fixed as they had to send it to Colombo. Since I could not wait I asked whether they could buy it. I lost my receipt over the years and I was offered a price almost less than half that I paid for even though they knew it was their make. I was very disappointed as the gold prices at the time was not that low and decided to sell it to some other jewellery shop. I am amending the comment after seeing the owner's reply. I did not have time to sell it to another jeweler and had to return to the country I reside. I still have the item with me. I intend to return to Sri Lanka after the pandemic. I will contact the Head office as they suggested and will update my comment based on their response.

Good place to buy your jewellery. Good collection with great customer service. They will treat you well whether you buy or not. Easy access & easy to find. It’s better if you can get down from Police bustand or Kandy lake. It’s middle of both. From police you haveto go to town side. It’s in a junction with colour lights.
