Very hospitable customer service at affordable price

Doesn't follow proper COVID-19 precautions ( employees don't wear gave masks) even after government advisory to follow safety precautions. No difference in the quilt + t-shirts that I submitted. Washing machine at home is more competent than these people.

Sent a bed cover for dry cleaning and came back first time with almost nothing done and more than a week after the given date. However, Queen's Laundry agreed to redo it for free and had done a much better job the second time. Would have given 5 stars if not for the delays and having to redo it properly the second time, so there is room for improvement.
