They don’t actually know how to handle the customers
Awful service. They got good products but don't know how to deal with customers.
Best place for quality shoes in Mulgampola area. Actually this is the only place for guaranteed stuff. If you have time go directly to the Kandy branch of it for more variety of products.
Quality products but limited number of varieties (Suitable customer who need a DSI brand product if you need to choose from big collection then this isn't the place you look for)
Very good customer care and seem to have more Reebok shoes than the branches in kandy town
