The best and most recognized semi government /private higher education institute in Kandy for Diplomas and Higher Diplomas. NIBM Kandy offers Diplomas in IT, Management and English Language. I'm not recommending if you are gonna start a degree here , because staff should be more experienced and specialized in what they are doing. But for short courses this is totally ok.
