Went there for paying some money to the University. Although I had the exactly same format given from university, they were telling that the format is inaccurate and asking me to go here and there not knowing what to do. Later only they realised the correct procedure. Staff is unprofessional and shows the typical government service behaviour. Please don’t bring your home affairs to the work.
