I have visited the place to buy a new mobile. And the place was quiet and clean. Very friendly and helpful representatives were there. And I bought it with a discount than what i have caught up in their official website. Thanks for the service. Looking forward to visit there in future.

Abans showroom is a good place to buy your electronic equipment's. It's have a good customer service and they are quick with their business handling. We have a great experience in here. My brother bought many electronic equipment's in payment method in here. This payment method is realistic and easy to pay with this method. I looking forward to buying electronics in abans.

Poor Service..not customer friendly..I had an issue in my laptop (purchased from abans panadura) & as it was within the warranty period I took my laptop over there..So there was one guy called himself the manager ( Idk who gave him such a valuable post) called Udesh Kanth..he is not customer friendly at all..He was not listening to us at all..So if you guys wanna purchase something from Abans Panadura... I'm telling u..think twice..think thrice..coz their after service is zero 👎

Before I go to there, I made a call for Abans Elite Showroom and kindly said that they were opened today @10am with this Covid 19 situation.So on that day I went down to Abans Elite Showroom Panadura branch to check there Laptop collection before buy the good quality laptop for me I was absolutely thrilled with the fidelity and floored by the customer service of your staff over there. When I arrived with my mom were greeted by the young looking boy on, and he basically selected the best Laptop for me,I asked a lot of questions before buying this Laptop.Finally I knew that he is Mr.Rashan Fernando,Sales Executive.I,m really happy to say that he is precious person of Abans family and gave me much needed moral support to get rid from my struggles by helping for buying a most suitable Laptop according to my requirements. And I bought it with a discount than what I have caught up in their official website..Really appreciate his patience and professionalism.And also he is a knowledgeable person.I,m highly appreciated about his kindness which was shown me.Thanks for the service.
