Very poor customer care was received today(27/12/2020) at your showroom. I went to buy a tab. No salesmen were polite enough to come & ask my necessity.The one who was showing mobile phone items to another costomer was not good enough to call a second person to assist me & he even didn't care enough to tell me the price of the tab on disply even after i asked about it,he was like thinking that i will not be rich enough to buy that & why waste his energy to find it😌There were few othe salesmen who were like glued to their seats.Though sorry to say, the impression what I got was that you customer care depends on the customer's external factors visible not that the every customer is important (who said customer is king?). Polite talk is too much enough ,but you failed. Actully I want to rate your showroom a minus. 👎

There is a display issue after 1y and 2 months of my S9+ bought from Panadura. As the authorized dealer and since the price is also bit higher than every other places, they should offer a proper service even after warranty. Damro doing it excellent way. After sales and customer service is very very bad. Never picked the phone and showroom is also closed. Low quality products and not recommended at all.
