Lovely store. It's welcoming staff are exreamly helpful and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised as the store was clean and not cluttered at all. Lovely products I could have bought the whole store.... My first visit but sure will not be the last.

Hello Staff at the Towel Factory! Stopping by to pen a few words of appreciation..... Thank You everyone at the store who served me with true Sri Lankan hospitality, many of the sales ladies and a young man were truly lovely and very attended, such a surprise, I was truly honoured, Thank You ever so my Dears. The store itself it a treasure trove....wish they had more of those dainty little ornaments.... and our local handloom meterial to sell in meters.....in beautiful prints.....the prices were reasonable too. I was surprised to see beautiful unusual designs of cement pots too, I certainly couldn't resist them 😀😄 The store is airy and has coziness atmosphere. I really enjoyed my outing, I certainly am going back for more.... God's Blessings to You All 💖 Thank You once again for making my outing a pleasure ☺😊

There are very good quality towels , shirts , sorongs bedsheets etc atvery competitive prices. The staff at the shop are very friendly and assist the customer to make a good choice. Ample parking space and the security is very courteous.

They do have quite a variety of towels both in type and colors. They do have slightly damaged ones at discounted prices right outside the store. Personally I didn't find the items to be of good quality in terms of softness. Plus the items (including discounted ones) were relatively pricey relative the quality. The service of the staff is great and they are very helpful. There's plenty of parking.

Amazing place for towels and some antique stuff aswell. Really nice place
