This is actually a small reading room with news papers and kids books that has existed for over 40 years. This is maintained by the local government. News papers and books are available for reading for free without any requirements for membership.Run in an old fashioned way as a community service. It is quite a small space with space for a few people to read comfortably. Used to go there as a kid to read the children's section. It's not crowded as people rarely use it with the popularity of newspapers declining.
