Bought ticket to visit Australia in month of March 2020, Due to the global pandemic situation the refund payment wasn't done until January 2021, less commission as well. subsequently checked with the airline,responded in month of July 2020 having said total amount was refunded in month of April 2020. Finally the payment came in three times after a many calls in January 2021. Will never ever recommend this agent to anyone.

Worst experience ever...! My Ausi visa got rejected due to their negligence. And I asked for a refund of my fee, but they refused it too. This is not an ethical business. Please don't waste your money. They only look for money, they don't concern about the quality of your service. Be careful...!
