They are selling fake Lumala products. Purchased a kids Lumala bicycle on 2018-10-26. Initially it contained three issues. 1. Freewheel is not functioning well (showroom people said that it will become normal after using few days). 2. Brakes were not functioning well. 3. Finish of the product is very poor compared to other low price imported bicycles, especially the two wheels and spokes. The show room guys said that there is a free service for the bicycle and I submitted the bicycle to them specially mentioning the problem of brakes and freewheel. After the service they tried to charge for freewheel replacement, but I didn’t agreed. After that service also I observed that the freewheel is not functioning well and they have not replaced it. On 2020-07-31 I checked this with Lumala company over a Facebook chat and after checking the images of product and warranty card they said that this product is a fake one. I filled a complain to "Consumer Affair Authority" also.
