If you rent a vehicle for a long term and if a problem happen, they won’t care about it. They just ask you drive with the fault and ultimately you will end up fixing their cars with your own money. You will be spending your own money on fuel and repairs. So think more than twice before you rent a vehicle from them.
Very bad service when you handover the vehicle. Vehicles are in bad condition with the faults. Not recommended. Bad communication with customers. Not good service for the money you give. I rent a prius for 10 days. Car battery not working. ABS not working. Even there is no insurance for the car. They have only cover notes. Please be safe
Worst rent a car service in sri lanka. please dont get any service from there. They have really Sick vehicles you can get .
Very good service. Conditions of the vehicles are great. They treat the customers politely and friendly. Staff is so helpful. I recommend this cab service for everyone who is waiting for fixed rate which is very reasonable.
Very bad condition cars. A car hasn't cleaned up even handover to new customer. The service not worth what i paid for it. Deposit has not refunded until now. Call them up everyday and not answering my calls.its 14 days now.However I ll try to get my refund.
Recommended to not deal with this BUDGET CABS .very bad service and had a bad experience with them.
