Shopping complex situated Ragagirya town and near flyover. Now, it is not maintaining well and infrastructure are very bad. Most of the shop are vacant since many years. It was very popular shopping complex during late 90's

Most shops closed now parking bit hassle on weekdays

The Welikada Plaza has been a part of the bustling culture of Rajagiriya for quite some time now. However it doesn't stand to the prestige and convenience that it had during the 1990's. It is run down with bad infrastructure. The vendors are quite nice and it can be a handy spot for parking during those busy days.

This place has good commercial value, but unfortunately municipal council not understand the value of the place & they have spend people's money to build it up but not having such a service for the peoples who are living around. At least municipal council guys want to make this place for a better place to peoples by providing services what are making best market here. So it's not a good place at all as of now, Hope it will be a better place in the near future :-(
