Ceylon Tea Century

Nice place to have coffee/tea time. Friendly employees. Easy to find in the evening. Good coffee from coffee machine. They have good menu. Worth to try.

Poor quality of preparing tea. 80 degrees for silver tips was not 80 degrees but almost 100. Bad dishes for tea - you can not regulate how long will stay your tea in hot water - your first tea will be 5 - 7 minutes (that's ok) - then you will pour it in the cup. But the rest of tea will be in hot water more than 10 or 15 minutes. So silver tips changed into black tea. And 480 rupies for it? Better buy tea in the local shop next to this place and make your tea in the hotel or at home.

Best local food in Mirissa

Nice tea and coffee salon on the main road of Mirissa. Cosy and chic. Little bit expensive and too "western way oriented ". The restaurant upstair is very good, I liked the Rice and curry and seats confortable. Gold service too. I recommand the both places.

Couldn't tell you about the food and coffee as we walked in and walked straight back out due to the extremely unfriendly staff who were very rude
