Total rip off at this store and after the third time being back still no resolution except for the owner yelling and pointing his finger in my face telling me this is his country and not mine, really! We only wanted what we paid for, DO NOT GO THERE, tourists are obviously not welcome

Service center staff are not friendly, never answer calls, even if they answer, all what they say is we would call you back on the matter and never come back. Personally gave a washing machine for servicing, after many calls still have not delivered the machine or informed me of such a thing, Singer is the best. Field service staff negotiate private servicing on visit. I will never go for Singhagiri again.
