Al-Maas is one of Wattala's most successful restaurants, captivating their customers with the consistency of their food and ensuring that they still return back for even more. The restaurant is also located on the main road and has enough space for parking, making it convenient for visitors traveling to Colombo. They also have a range of North Indian dishes on the menu, including biriyani, naan and, of course, dishes such as noodles and pasta. Butter chicken is a staple in North Indian restaurants and is sometimes used as a barometer of the overall capabilities of an eatery because it is so popular. Here, as the grilled chicken is tender, the butter chicken passes this test with flying colors, with a lovely char and floats in a pool of creamy, tomatoey gravy and has the required buttery undertones so revered in good versions of this dish.

Not good at all. I tried their special soup, it's a bum. Look and taste both were disgusting. Chicken salad, biriyani everything was tasteless and not worthy. Prices were too high.. Handwashing area was not clean. Muddy footprints were everywhere. Place was very noicy and annoying. I'd not recommend.. Disgusting place.

Their standards have dropped. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. After placing an order I had to wait nearly half an hour. Finally, I went up to the counter and enquired. Only then they woke up and started processing my order. When I came home I found out that even though I had ordered and paid for dhal fry, they had given me only plain dhal. It's so frustrating because I have to cough up more than Rs 500 as taxi fare to visit them. Hence, going back and complaining is simply out of the equation. This messing up of orders seem to be their signature trademark these days.

I ordered one chicken lollipop portion through pick me foods. What they delivered was not what I ordered. When I called them back they came at me saying this is how we make chicken lollipops. Really disappointed about these people on how they respond over the customer even after delivering some chicken pieces but but not chicken lollipops as we ordered
