Terrible service. Keep the customer wait for ages and then tells the item is not available. There are 5 persons to get the orders ready but take too much time to complete the order. They have high attitude and ignore the customer purposely. There are two old ladies who prepare orders but they need others to help them. The best thing is two of them to get sit in the counters. Poorly organized and very very late. Disappointed about this union chemist store. Will never visit again.

I did call there hotline to look into something I needed and they kept me waiting without responding for a few minutes, you could hear them talk around other stuff rather than dealing with the customer. Very bad service.
